WHAT is the Ready Jet System?

The Ready Jet System is proven technology developed by Blasters Ready Jet in USA that is now available in Australia. The Ready Jet System is a maintenance cleaning tool designed to overcome the problem of dead concrete build up in mixer drums by providing a safer, more effective and efficient cleaning method.

The Ready Jet System uses high pressure water in a remote controlled process to completely remove dead concrete from the inside of mixer drums without the need for personnel entry.

Carrying dead concrete costs suppliers hundreds of thousands of dollars through reduced load carrying capacity, quality issues and potential damage to concrete pumping equipment.

WHERE can we access the Ready Jet System?

The Ready Jet System is completely mobile and can be established quickly on your site. We only require sufficient space for our trailer mounted unit, support vehicle and room to manoeuvre your vehicles into place.

The Ready Jet System can use water drawn from your recycling process if required and all residual water can be returned to your storage area. The only waste generated is dead concrete from your mixer drum which is left on site.

Service is offered initially in Brisbane followed by Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide with anticipated national coverage by 2009.
